Just contact us through the booking button on this page, or call our office directly. We reserve same-day appointment slots every day, so you can typically get seen the same day you reach out—even for new patients.
Can I be seen through a virtual visit?
Yes! We offer telehealth visits for most services including primary care, mental health, GLP-1 weight loss consultations, and medication management. Virtual visits are available 7 days a week from the comfort of your home.
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans including BlueCross BlueShield, Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, and more. Contact us before your visit and we'll verify your coverage at no cost. We also offer affordable self-pay options.
What states are you licensed in?
Our providers are fully licensed to practice in Maryland, Virginia, and Florida. We offer both in-person care (primarily in the MD/VA metro area) and telehealth visits available to patients anywhere in these three states.
Do I need a referral to be seen?
No referral needed. As a family practice, you can come directly to us for primary care, urgent care, weight management, mental health, and all our other services. New patients are always welcome.
Is the GLP-1 weight loss program safe?
GLP-1 medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, and Mounjaro are FDA-approved and prescribed under direct physician supervision. We do a full medical evaluation before prescribing, monitor your progress closely, and adjust your plan as needed. Your safety is our top priority.
Is MAT/Suboxone treatment confidential?
Absolutely. All substance use treatment is completely confidential and protected by federal privacy laws (42 CFR Part 2) in addition to HIPAA. We provide a judgment-free, supportive environment focused entirely on your recovery.
